Important information for placing an order!

Booking Your Event

 

Dates fill pretty quickly, do not delay to place your order. Place your order at least 3-4 weeks in advance. Orders less than 2 weeks are not guaranteed to be booked. Talking with us about your cake details is not placing the order or holding the date. A deposit or full balance is required to book the date.

Deposits

​

Orders under $100 requires full payment to place the order and book the date with no exceptions.

Order over $100 requires a 50% deposit to place the order (with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to the event date). Orders must be paid in full before taking delivery of your order (no exceptions).  If final payment/remaining balance is not received when due, it will be subject to a $20 late fee. Failure to pay for your order prior to the event day can result in a cancellation of your order. A full deposit will be granted ONLY if items/special supplies have not been ordered to accommodate your order, and cancellation is 7 days or more before the event. Otherwise, if cancelled less than 7 days from the event date, items purchased for your order will be deducted from the deposit and you will received the remaining deposit funds.
